Keep track of every decision your team makes, and why

Keep every decision in one place your team and your agents can find: why it was made, what backed it, what is still open, and where the answer now lives.

Who this is for

Founders, product leads and small teams who decide many things across meetings, chats and different AI tools.

How it works

  1. Put the people who should see the same work into one organization. For a small team, one organization is usually right.

  2. Before important work, your agent reads your team's guidance and searches for earlier decisions on the topic.

  3. When a page already covers the topic, your agent updates it. A new page starts only when the topic is new.

  4. Each decision says what it was based on, who approved it, what changes because of it, and when to look at it again. Disagreement stays visible instead of being smoothed over. When a decision waits on someone, your agent writes the question down and, once it is answered, the answer with who gave it and when, as Ask a person, and keep the answer describes.

  5. At the end of a session your agent writes down what was decided, so the next person or agent starts from there.

What to connect

  • Gmail: find the conversations behind a decision and prepare replies. On a Full automation connection your agent can also send a draft once you have reviewed it.

  • Tools in your own agent: calendar, meeting notes, project, code and chat tools. What they surface lasts once your agent writes the outcome into Oddlynew.

  • Links between pages: connect each decision to its evidence and to the changes that came later.

A good first task

Ask your agent: "Read our team's guidance, find everything relevant to the decision I am making, and tell me which page holds the answer today. Update that page with what backs the decision, who approved it, what it changes and when to revisit it. Keep real disagreement visible."

Good to know

  • Everyone in an organization can read and edit everything in it. If someone should not see something, use a separate organization.

  • A faster agent does not replace approval and evidence. Big actions keep the checks they deserve.

Why it gets better

Every new question starts from what your team already settled, without blindly repeating it. Instead of a pile of notes, you get a living record of what was decided, why, and what is still open.
