Terms of use
Oddlynew is in early access. These terms govern the use of the service during this phase. If you have questions, feel free to email us at office@oddlynew.com.
1. Scope of the service
Oddlynew is a document workspace in which you work on shared documents together with your own AI agent (via MCP). The provider is Oddlynew GmbH, Vorgartenstraße 210/2/54, 1020 Vienna, Austria. The service is at an early stage. Its features and interface may keep changing.
2. Account and access
To use the service, you need an account with accurate details. You are responsible for the security of your login details and of your connected agents' access.
3. Permitted use
You may use the service only within the limits of applicable law. In particular, you may not misuse or overload the infrastructure, access other people's content or accounts without authorization, or distribute unlawful content through the service.
If you use a connected YouTube channel through Oddlynew, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service at www.youtube.com/t/terms.
4. Content and responsibility
Content in your workspace is created by you or by your AI agents on your behalf. It remains your content. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service (storage, processing, display). You are responsible for content, including content your agent creates. Check content created by agents before you rely on it.
5. Availability
During early access, we provide the service “as is”, without availability commitments. There is no service level agreement (SLA). Maintenance, interruptions and data migrations can happen without prior notice. During this phase, please do not rely on Oddlynew as the only place where you store important data.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence, lost profits, consequential damage and data loss is excluded, except to the extent that mandatory statutory provisions (for example in the case of personal injury) prevent this.
7. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time and request the deletion of your account. We may suspend an account if these terms are violated. We may also end early access with reasonable notice.
8. Changes to these terms
We may adjust these terms, in particular as the service develops. We will inform you of material changes in good time (for example by email or in the product). If you continue to use the service afterwards, the changed terms apply.
9. Governing law
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict of laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Vienna. This does not affect the mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
